BORN IN A SLEEPY CALIFORNIA BEACH TOWN…

Kelly spent her young life immersed in the sun, fun and the arts. Part of a Real Estate family, she was sketching all manner of home designs and interiors from a young age. By age seven, she began spending Summers on a ranch in Arizona’s Verde Valley indulging her love of horses, caravaning and cowboys. As a teen, she ventured East for school and fell in love with the rolling hills of Virginia and the diverse, international friends she met in and around the nation’s Capital. After University in the Northeast, Kelly spent nearly two decades in the Financial Services industry creating and overseeing home subsidy & physicians’ recruitment programs for top tier talent being relocated to some of California’s most desirable zip codes. In her off time, she began restoring vintage homes in the legendary resort town of Palm Springs, California. In 2018, her combined love of travel, hospitality, real estate and design led to her full time calling as a realtor, designer and developer of “boutique properties in beautiful locations.” Currently dividing her time between Lake Chapala and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Kelly enjoys assisting clients uncover “hidden gems” as well as helping investors efficiently and smoothly navigate the adventure of international real estate. Kelly particularly enjoys working with Creatives and other entrepreneurs to help realize their unique lifestyle or commercial visions and is able to assist with design/development for a wide range of styles, concepts and budgets.
